HEALTH: Good health. Shots and vaccines up to date.

ABILITIES: Some Parelli training and loves the Parelli games. Possibly a good hunter-jumper prospect. Hasn't been ridden in 15 months.

Biography/History since arrival at Hopeful Haven

07.05  Upon arrival at Hopeful Haven he was found to have a fabulous disposition and loves people. He can be called by clapping loudly or calling his name.. He loves water, being hosed off and swimming. (Even positioning himself in front of a water hose). Has a fascination with peoples shoes and feet...Gets a little fidgety with the farrier and tries to "help" him on his front feet! Hasn't been ridden in 15 months but has had some Parelli training, and loves the Parelli games. He had a trainer for 2 months recently that found Trooper a little fearful. The trainer suggested not putting Trooper at the lead or tail of other horses. He has never bucked anyone, but will "crow hop" when you get on him. He is very oral in nature and will behave better for the farrier if he is allowed to chew on his lead rope. He likes to lay down near people and will allow petting while lying down. Seems eager to learn. Not fond of dogs and will charge them. He is up to date with shots and vaccines.
